Starting from a young age, Julian was ushered into a faced paced life, born in a small town in Florida to military parents meant that Julian moved frequently in his childhood, bouncing between Alexandria, VA, Naples, Italy, spending his summers at his grandmothers in Queens, NY and spent most of his time growing up in Virginia Beach, where he currently resides. Unbeknownst to him, this pace in lifestyle would quickly become all he knows, and drove him to pursue the journey in finding his own success.

Working from a young age has helped Julian think and act independently throughout his life. Starting out helping his father manage an apartment complex, to picking up gigs at restaurants and a construction company, Julian had spent most of his childhood making money, and his grades severely reflected this. A self proclaimed “bad student” Julian Latty dropped out of college before setting on his path to becoming an entrepreneur.

“People told me to just get a normal job, that following the set path was going to make my life easier,” says Julian. “I went broke, at times I didn’t have food, I got evicted from the place I was living, Baloo, my pup, was attacked by a person and was paralyzed with no chance of survival. He was scammed out of at least six figures that year. I don’t wish that year on anyone, but I got through it. That’s what separates a winner from a loser. The nights you spend crying wishing the pain will stop, hoping that tomorrow will be a better day and all of it will be worth it.” In describing what would be described as the worst year of his life, Julian found the strength in these darkest moments to continue on and pursue his dreams.

Although the journey was not easy, Julian eventually found success in his endeavors, and currently owns and manages multiple businesses including a crypto currency farm called Micro Miner, an insurance agency and also manages two food trucks in Virginia Beach with plans for expansion. Some might call Julian a serial entrepreneur as he has his eyes currently set on the CBD industry, and is in the works of launching a new business endeavor. Julian’s parents are in real estate and own land in rural Virginia. After speaking with his parents about growing on their property they said, yes. The farm will be known as iCanna Farms, an extension of iCanna Premier CBD. We should start our first growth in 2022 sometime and grow THC once it is legalized in Virginia. Giving back to the community in the times it’s needed most has been a large calling for Julian, who spent most of the last year feeding essential workers out of his food trucks. With his aim in the health and wellness industry, we imagine Julian continually helping people along his journey to success.
